Friday, February 3rd | Deadline for:
  • Registering team passes
  • AV orders

    • If you wish to order any AV for your stand such a monitor, this can be done via the venues in-house AV using the AV Order Form within the portal. Power is NOT included within your booth so this will need to be ordered through in-house AV.

  • Purchasing a lead scanning license if desired
Tuesday, February 14 | Deadline for: 
  • Deliveries to the venue on or 3 business days before this date
Friday, February 17th | Deadline for: 
  • The collection of materials from the venue

Stand Packages

The standard package includes the following:

  • 8'x8' exhibit space
  • 1 6' table (unless noted differently in contract)
  • 2x chairs
  • Complimentary WiFi

If there are specific requests for tabletop set up, we will do our best to accommodate. Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 10 feet in height.

Shipping Information

Items can be sent to the venue up to 3 days before the event.
 
Any items you wish to send to the venue should be clearly labelled. Please use the below format:

Setup

Tuesday, February 14 & Wednesday, February 15

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up on the Tuesday from 5-6 pm PT, and from 7:00am on the Wednesday.

All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 8:00 am.

Breakdown

Thursday, February 16

Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 3pm on the Thursday. Please note, you are responsible for setting up and breaking down of your own booth.
